“ I've been buying my cars from Gillman SUBARU for so long that I can't remember the first year I started buying them. I haven't had any car other than a Subaru since. I think I'm on my fourth one now. However, I'm not here to talk about the vehicle because the vehicle is exceptional. I want to talk about the people that work there. I had a problem with my vehicle, a problem I'm not going to go into here because I want to highlight the problem solvers. Gillman, specifically Ryan, helped me work out the kinks. I will say is that the dealership goes, and has gone out of their way to make their customers happy customers. I drive an half for oil changes, I drive an hour and a half for any servicing, basically I drive an hour and a half just to go to Gillman for whatever reason. That speaks volumes because I do not like to drive. I will always go to Gillman to buy my cars because I have never experienced such exceptional customer service. If I give you my money, I expect exceptional otherwise I can go somewhere else for mediocre. When there is a problem regarding my vehicles, I can be a firecracker, but I am also loyal. I have found that the employees I deal with at Gillman are also very loyal to their customers. You don't find that very often, especially in the dealership. They're not money grabbing hangry mongrels like you would find in other dealerships--you walk out and you don't feel like you've been ripped off, you're happy with your purchase, and you will definitely be happy with the service department. I could rave about them as well. The dealership and their service department is above average, I would never buy or get my car serviced elsewhere. Thank you, Gillman for taking care of my problem!!! I have never owned a Subaru but was looking for a new vehicle and did a LOT of research based on what I was looking for which consistently lead me to Subaru. He even knew that day I wasn’t going to walk away with a car but he got my existing car in so I could see what my trade in value would be and then worked with the finance person and gave me numbers of what owning the vehicle I was interested in would look like. Oh and the finance guy came out to talk to me and respected the fact that I said I need to talk to my husband and pray about it. After that I came in, unannounced, 2 more times. I was always greeted with profession, kind, honest and transparent people who bent over backwards to meet me where I was at. From start to finish, absolutely everyone I interacted with was amazing. I purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback and could not be happier! I’m a Subaru owner for life now and feel like a part of the Subaru family. All thanks to Gillman Subaru!!! ”
